Flex Field Trips

Please read the Field Trip Policy thoroughly: Policies & Procedures.

Most field trips will be scheduled on Fridays.  Some exceptions may be made depending on availability.

The director will send emails for the date and time of all field trips. Reminders will be posted on DaVinci Flex Facebook pages as well.

Follow the link posted on Facebook/emailed to you.  Click on the field trip you want and the signup will contain all of the field trip details.   Please remember that space is limited and only those who have signed up and paid in advance will be allowed to attend. 

No refunds will be given for field trips; however you may sell your spot to another family and are welcome to post it on the schools Facebook page to find an interested  family.

The fields trips are for immediate families only, unless otherwise specified.  Immediate family includes Dad, Mom and younger siblings.  An exception can be made IF Dad is unable to attend and another adult is needed to help with small children.

NO late arrivals will be admitted, no exceptions, and you will lose any fees paid.  We are required to check in and pay as a group.  Venues will not allow any additional entries once the payment has been made.  If you arrive late, you will be asked to pay the normal price.

We do not provide transportation.  You will need to provide that on your own.
